Okay when you chart your bbt does your temp go up when your ovulating or does it go down? does anyone know of a good website i could read the info on because i dont really understand!? Thanks!!!

I'm still going to use a ovulation predictor test and a saliva test but i wanna be able to understand the bbt thingie~

when charting your bbts you need to start charting the first day of your period. Your temp goes up after you ovulate.
