Replacement seats for 1990 F150 supercab?

I need to find a front and rear bench to replace my broken captain front seats and rear bench. Where can I find a good new or used replacement? Also can a full size bench fit in the rear seat, because the original is to low.

Ebay or the wrecking yard. I don`t know if there is enough for and aft room for full size seat in rear. I`d take a measurement and check at the wrecking yard, Have a fun day.
