Me and my friends are either going to do a dance off or a dance routine for a school talent show...?

what song should we do (we were thinking remember the name by fort minor but it isn't school appropriate. We need something upbeat and fastish preferably something that shows how hard dancing is

You should dance to "Get Up" by Ciara. This song would be absolutely PERFECT in my opinion. Or, another song by Ciara that would be good, but is a bit slower would be "1,2,step".
Another I'd recommend would be "My Love" by Justin Timberlake. As a matter of fact, I made a dance routine to that song, and do it whenever the song comes on the radio. But I hope this helped, and good luck with your school talent show. Let me know how it goes, ok? : )
