plymonth voeger carvan 1993?

when the ambien temptuer is 50 f the car will running otherwise need to be warm up around 5 minute to run. it look has problem with transmetion controller because when its warm up running very good.

All engines need to warm up to properly run. Don`t under stand what the transmission question is.
