This cartoon it´s about a boy that´s playing a video game and suddenly he gets into the Tv set and the game..is from the 80's or 90's, but I don´t remember the name..

Sounds like the original Captain N cartoon form the 80's. Ran on saturday mornings on NBC.

There's a few possibilities.
Kidd Video was about band that got sucked into a cartoon world.
Reboot was about life inside the computer.
Tron was a movie along those lines too.
