dude it takes a LOT of practice. You can't expect to write something and turn it into a ballad. If you're serious about it, I suggest taking voice lessons. If you just want to make up stuff on your own, I suggest singing along to music you usually listen to and just practice and practice... it will take time. I'd know, I'm the songwriter/singer/guitarist for my band

Ask that of Willy Nelson. He has written some of the greatest songs there are, but can't carry a tune in a bucket. (I still like to listen to him, though.)

sing anyway.you like to sing and i,m sure someone out there will like your singing too. singing is good for the soul no matter how you sound.so sing if its what you enjoy

lol! find someone to sing it for you and go out and perform. there are thousands of great singers out there.
