I would hope that because you're a level 6, this question is simply a ruse to see what people will say.
I hope people know that a WMD is any weapon that has the capability to cause massive loss of life and destruction of property.

Did you see the scud missiles. That's what they look like. Or it could look just like a small suitcase it's probably a dirty bomb. It's just a small nuke but still a WMD.

that's the bad part weapons of mass destruction means any thing that destroys a mass of people . if you ask me ( and you did ) it can even mean a person .(i.e Saddam) or a missle that explodes on a city . the thing about it is that it has to be a deliberate action . not a act of god or accident . hope that helps
