As a part of an assignment on "Negotiations" , I and my team are researching on the work practices, culture, thinking style of Brazilians.

If you have every worked at Brazil or have any induction documents that would give me a preview about the working style in the country, could you please provide me with that inputs.Any inputs/help on it, will be appreciated.

Brazilians enjoys bending the rules this is called Jeitinho , transalted as " a little way.

Also they have strong family ties.

Brazilians care good deal about appearance..It not a coincidence that Brazil have some of the best plastic surgeons in the world,they get a lot of pratice

Brazil has many different tribes of Indian descent. plus a lot of Spanish dutch German speaking people plus a lot more . football or soccer is there favorite wotk practice is just staying alive. is work.

I lived there many years. The market is very competetive, because is not that many jobs. Lots of taxe evation and corruption of course. Many do not have college degre making just grads have a decent job.
