I love animes such as Fullmetal Alchemist, Inuyasha, Eureka Seven and so on but i want to know if there's more great anime's out there?

Studio Ghibli always makes good animes. My favourites are Tonari no Totoro, Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle. but if you like sad animes, Railroad of the Star and Grave of Fireflies are worth watching.
if it comes to series, Azumanga Daioh and Excel Saga can make me laugh.
love actions? how about Saint Seiya and Ghost in the Shell?

Naruto is one of the most very popular shows in Japan, its not so great in America Though with the voice casting dubs but its worth watching, you can also watch sub (japanese in subtitles) which everyone loves to watch.
Its about ninja's going through school and doing missions and about a kid whos trying to be the best ninja in a life where danger always happen.

Another is Wolf's Rain which is a sad story, with no funny stuff about wolfs who disguse them selves as humans with this one particular strange wolf who is looking for Paradise in a world that could been extinct with one blow of a war.

If you like Anime, you need to have checked out the classics: Akira, Ninja Scroll, Ghost Shell, Vampire Huner D. I haven't really been up to date with newer stuff but Dragonball Z is good.
