I think The Blair Witch Project is one. Not sure about the running time, though. And it's not that great, but I can't help liking it.

"Who Am I This Time" an early '80's film adapted from a Kurt Vonnegut short story, directed by Jonathan Demme and starring Christopher Walken and Susan Sarandon is about 60 minutes long.
