What???? this makes no sense....
your bro as in brother?
what sin?? how have you commited a sin?
It seems very clear to me that you need to just back off big time and find someone that you can be with face to face. On line relationships leave so much room for deception, lies, dishonesty, and all sorts of things... Just make friends with people that you can spend time with. you are worthy of that.

The first thing is how well do you know your "bro's" roommate? Are they just jelous of the friendship you to have? (Just a thought) I don't think you have done anything wrong by expressing your feelings for him, he might have reacted strongly but give him a bit of time to proccess what's just happened! It's a lot to take in all at once. Try talking to him 1 to 1, maybe the signals have just got a bit confused. Good luck

How on earth did he get on line from a hostel?? Don't be so gullible! Just remember MOST chatters in chat rooms lie about one thing or another so turn off your PC, go out and do something REAL!

We all make mistakes that is how we learn sometimes .Your brothers room mate is a trouble maker and I wouldnt believe a word he says .Tell your brother the truth his room mate told you that your brother was in love with you and so you questioned your brother about this change in attitude just to clarify things between you not to upset him .

Ouch!
u better clear things up with him as soon as possible. he has been very down, so u need to tell him the truth that his mate is really an arsehole, you and your bro should not let him ruin your relationship. and your bro doesn't deserve this, neither do u. clear the ugly friend out of ur boths way.
Caution - on liners are deceitful, are u?

Enjoy your correspondence with your online friend but don't get so emotionally involved. You don't even know whether it is an old man or a woman who calls you his sister.

Copy and paste the communication from the roommate and send it to your bro. explain to him that is the reason for you asking him about his feelings. I'm sure he will understand. then he can straighten out his roommate.

Explain your brother, what made you to ask such a question. He will understand.
Wondering, is it such a big problem to solve....
