Though I don't blame myself for the abuse he put me through,
I have still always felt ashamed that I didn't see the signs clearly when I met my ex-husband. Had I been able to see them more clearly, I wouldn't have had to suffer through the mental and physical abuse he put me through during our marriage.

When my daughter was born, wi was in the hospital with my wife and when she was in labor, she threw up on me and of course i was the one without a change of cloths. And had to stay there for hours without a shirt.

I was really mad at my dad once and I said some really mean and hurtful stuff to make him feel bad and I made him cry. I apologized profusely, but I still feel bad about that and it's been over 20 years since then.
