Give it a rest already!!! They aren't investigating the why of the war if you would actually pay attention, they are investigating the money that was sent and lost, and some of the inside workings of some of the generals. In 2 short yrs there will be an election and the demo's God forbid would like nothing more than to get a demo pres. in, they aren't going to do anything to endanger that ,fool!

I fail to see the intelligence of this continued thinking. The same rhetoric was espoused by the Clinton administration.. yet when it applies to Bush is is lies????????? Either someone doesn't keep up with the facts or is emotionally involved in all the propaganda that has been put out, to try to bring Bush down.
Congress had all of the same information that Bush had.. yet voted 90% to back him.. Wonder where you have been all this
time... you missed a few things.
If you think that is un American, then you have to blame Congress as well. Not to overlook the Clinton administration also.

yep it's un american, just like you and 99% of democrats. real americans-the ones that work hard, pay taxes, and make this a great country are either in iraq, afghanistan (or other military billets) or they support those same americans
by the way what were the pack of lies?

If you sincerely believe they were sent to war on a pack of lies, of course this isn't un-American.
However, the facts don't support your contention. Too many other intelligence gathering countries and even the captured Iraqi troops believed Saddam's rhetoric. This, and given his history of using WMDs on his own people, was, at the time, pretty convincing evidence of an eminent threat.

I'd bet the percentile of Americans who want answers about Iraq are not assuming Bush blew up the WTC and Pentagon, so I doubt you are going to get satisfaction, regardless.

These men and women are fighting for our freedoms from idiots that sit in caves and hide in holes and plan ways to kill us and our children. These terrorists hate that we live in a free society. If we did not have these men and women fighting for our freedoms, then we would not be sitting here on our computers and debating issues of Iraq and such. If we were in Iraq, we would probably be killed if we discussed things regarding the government.

They were not sent on a pack of lies. Every intel service in the world was convinced that Saddam had WMD's.

I don't think the troops should be in Iraq.
As far as our government lying to us, that's been going on so long it's an American tradition.
