My boyfriend had a one night stand before we started dating. He had sex with her on june 28th 2006 and she is now claiming that he is the father of her unborn child that is due to be born on the 26 february 2007. Could this be possible?

Only a paternity test will tell you for sure. If the DNA matches it is his.

No he cannot be the father. The reason I say this is because IF she became pregnant on the 28th of June then her due date would not be until March 22 or around that date.

I know this because I became pregnant this past June 28th and my due date given to me by my doctor is March 22nd.

If she is due on Feb 26 then she became pregnant on or around June 4th give or take a few days but not 24 days. Also you can go to www.pregnancy.org and click on the pregnancy calendar and put in her due date and it says the conception date is June 4th.

So I would suggest that you tell your boyfriend to demand a paternity test to prove her accusations. I am sure that it will show that she is wrong.

If you are sure of the date that your boyfriend was with this woman, then the doctors would not give an expected pregnancy date of only 8 months. If it had already been born, and it was premature, then it could have been, but since the doctors are giving an expected date of 8 months, it is not very likely.

Make sure that the dates are 100% accurate, and make sure that he did not have intercourse with her during the month of May 2006. If he is positive that he did not, he is most likely not the father of the baby, and it is most likely someone that she had sex with during the month of May.

I hope this helps...

I conceived my child on the 26th May, my baby is due 16th feb.
There is no way she can conceive on 28th june and be due in feb. That is a month difference to me and mine are correct by 5 ultrasounds. Her baby would have to be due in March, If that is her correct due date she screwed someone else.Tell the lying hoe to pin it on someone else. If indeed that is the correct date your boyfriend did the deed. There is always DNA, but I think she is lying. Kind of girl who doesnt know so she will pick anyone to blame.

If she is due on Feb 26 then she conceived around June 5th so he should NOT be the father. You find someones approximate conception date by subtracting 38 weeks from their due date.

No, if he had sex with her in june her baby would be due in March. But if she still thinks that he is the father he should have a dna done to prove her wrong.

It is possible. I got pregnant in June and I am due at the end of Feb. I am sure I got pregnant at the beginning of June though, I found out on June 18th. She seems to be a month off.

Its possible, but not definate. But if she was having a one night stand with him, chances are she could have been having a one night stand with more than just him. Make sure he gets a paternity test when the babys born.

If thats the correct due date, probably date of conception is june 6th so that's not real likely! of course due dates can sometimes be off a bit... but thats still a lot of time there...

Unless pregnancies changed from 9 months to 8 months it seems unlikely. They only way to truly know is once the baby is born have a DNA test done.

Could be possible yes. But, only a paternity test can tell you for sure after the baby is born. The child support agency will do this for free.
