You need to contact an electrician to run the 240 volt line to your hottub. You'll need a circuit breaker suitable for the hottub and I suspect a GFCI or whatever they are called now. I'd go run out to the garage to see what we have, but it's just better to call an electrician.

not enough info, voltage varies and 220-250 is basically the same...what you need is the amperage of the unit...I am guessing its a basic 20 amp 230 volt system. You need a double pole breaker 20 amp gfci.......to feed the unit..if the amperage is higher then buy that sized breaker but 2 pole and always use GFCI type for wet locations...and have it wired properly to the unit

Depending on the size of your tub you will need a 30 to 50 amp GFCI double pole breaker. It should say what size you need in the owners manual or in side the equipment compartment. But before you do any thing look in your homes breaker panel box to see if you have space available to install the double pole breaker. If you do it's fairly simple. If you don't the whole installation process get more complicated and more expensive. What ever you do have it installed by a licensed and qualified contractor.

We've installed the tubs but, you need an electrician to come in and put in a box for you, he then can hook up the initial wiring for you. Don't try this yourself, you seem to want to, it's very complicated and involved.

You need to consult with an electrician. You may not have adequate service in your home.
