my topic is bout the hurrican katrina and earthquke of sf... and my thesis are death, destruction, and effects on daily lives... what kinna questions should i ask? i need help.. i suck at this..

how was the population helped?
when did the help arrive?
who helped the population?
how much was the infrastucture affected?
whech bussness were te most affected and which of them went bankrapt without reopening again?
how much population left the region for good?

you could ask questions like how many lives were lost? How much will or did it cost to repair the destruction. You could also ask what are the long term effects of the disaster. I hope i was of help and good luck on your paper :)

How many people lost their lives? Why was the hurican so destructive? Have all the homes been rebuilt? Did many people get out alive. If they did, did they come back? How many children lost their parents. How many parents lost their children? Who is paying for the rebuilding? I hope some of these can help you. good luck

- What kinds of disaster preparedness programs were offered prior to the disasters occuring?

- What was the financial impact on each city? On the individual citizens?
