I made a website and some software that works as a PSP Explorer for my PSP and I want to make it autoplay every time I insert my PSP and connect it to my PC? How do I do this?

You can't, without some extra programming on your PC. It may be more of a safety feature to protect against getting viruses or allowing a device from going in and instantly downloading stuff off of your computer. Most external devices require some sort of synch software for that reason.
