I own a repair shop and I am a certified mechanic for 37 years and 2 months.
Replace the screen the only way to go.

i own a repair shop,and if there not deep enough to hang your finger nail in they can be buffed out of it,but if there deeper they cant be removed,,any glass shop,can buff them out for you ,for around 25 bucks,and this is a good price to get them removed,,good luck i hope this help,s.

they make glass polishing kits for just such a thing. try your local auto parts store. we get a lot of that here in the desert.
