He was a guy on the show. He was kinda short and sorta creepy. And his name was Squiggy.

Squiggy was a character on the televisons show Laverne and Shirley. His full name was Andrew Squigmond a nd was played by actor David L. Landers fromt he shows first episode in 1976 until the end of its rune in 1983.

Yes I think the association with "squiggley" and slicked black hair make this the perfect nickname for this character.
