I talk alot but i want to save money and i don't want to have a plan what phone is cheapest?

I have a Oyster phone that need's a plan but it's gives a lot of mintues and you can choose to use top-up cards.Top-up cards are pay as u go sort-of cause you can buy a top-up card and you dont have to get bills, i am not sure if that helped but i think it's a great phone and i really like not getting bills.

NOKIA is the best and cheapest phone to get on pre paid manly because NOKIA make phones for phones other compies make phones just to get you on a contract because contracts are what thay sell the phone itself will be **** dont buy a flip top you brake the flimsy hinge and it will cost you more than the phone to repair and useless to you till it is fixed

get a $20 dollar motorola c139. Affordable and great talk time. It is pre-pay though
