After having my first child, my pelvic floor wasnt quite what it should have been........i went for a night out clubbing and was dancing away enjoying meself. Too much fun to go to the loo and wet myself all over the dance floor. When someone noticed i told them I had spilt my drink!

Yes. You know when you think you *should* go but you don't? This happened to me after a pub lunch. Afterwards we went down the beach and had a go on the trampolines. Halfway through I had to get off to recover a bit of an incident...
However, my best spell was during Donington 1990. 15 hours and no wee for me!

I used to hangglide alot. Some flights can be over 6 hours. Up high it is very cold, so there is shrinkage. There are lots of layers of clothes, you can only use one hand for short periods of time to get the job done. Sometimes the end result was less than optimum.

Oh what fun!!! Gosh you must have a RIGHT OLD LARF.... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.... seriously though.... no.
Nowt wrong with my underneath muscles... but may I suggest pelvic floor muscle exercises though which will help. Alternatively there are lot of men that are into that sort of thing, go Google water sports.

I used to pee a lot when I was younger from drinking too much Coke, and one time I was watching Neighbours and really had to pee bad, so I peed in my Coke can, I drank all the Coke first though.

Not sure if this counts, but I'm pretty sure it does....... Raced to the toilet very drunk one night and got there just in time. The only thing i didn't do, was lift the toilet seat up! I didn't even realise until i heard some erm.. splashing. Lol. Shameful i know!

When I was 12 months pregnant.. kidding I was 9 months and that child used my bladder as a trampoline!!! I had to be careful about sneezing...
