I would say , now when will you ask your friend out. As the best relationships are based on being a friend first and a lover next. This sounds like a win win situation, as I am sure that whatever happens you both are mature to act responsibly ,should you both feel that you should return to the friendship.

It's nearly impossible to say without being in that situation. Possible exploit it further or distance ourselves from each other.
if the attraction was strong enough i think she and I may have ended up satisfying that attraction or seeing how far it went.

ignore the pathetic social hindrances pushed onto you by society and just have a good night together. use protection and be a grown up about it and be honest and talk to each other.
the only reason we are so afraid of being sexually liberated is because of the idiocy of social instituations that derive their power from controlling us with fear and hatred and self loathing and ignorance...

Well I'd be cautious of proceeding and perhaps ruining a long time friendship. But if you are both attracted to eachother, proceed with cautious. I wish you luck, God bless.

Anything wrong? Just go ahead and enjoy being with each other!
Of course, if you both have any prior family commitments carry on your relationship without disturbing your families in any way whatsoever!

If neither of you are seeing someone else, tell them how you feel. See if they return the feelings. Be careful not to pursue something under the wrong circumstances so you don't ruin the friendship.
