The majority of cosmetic surgery patients are female, but more men than ever before are having cosmetic surgery. I think somewhere between 10% and 15% of cosmetic surgery patients are male. HTH : )

I definitely think women by far. I myself have had 5 procedures & will be having another next week. Only 3 of those procedures were for cosmetic purposes. I have no regrets & would do it all over again. Just FYI, I had breast reduction, scar revision, upper & lower eyelift, lipo of fat under my chin & a tummy tuck. I still look like me, nothing fake. I will be getting a nose job next week for a deviated septum so I can breathe better. Oh & I had Botox for migraines, it helped & will do it again next year when I get the money. The upside of the Botox I won't have that line on my forehead. Although I think a number of men undergo cosmetic surgery, I think a majority of them are too scared of the pain. I've asked my hubby to do a little lipo on the beer belly & he said no way was he letting anybody cut on him, if it wasn't life or death. I don't think men handle pain as well as women, nor do they care as much about their looks as women do.

I think more women have plastic surgery procedures done but the number of men is slowly getting up there.
