They are in a corner of the tank , and they pick rocks up by their mouth and move them and now i see a big spot where i can see the glass of the aquarium .

That is typical pre-breeding behavior. They are preparing a smooth surface to lay eggs on. Usually they prefer flat rocks in a secluded area. That's why they picked a corner of the tank.

If there are other fish in the tank, they will soon be driven away from that area and you will see them hiding up in the top corners of the tank as far away from the parents as they can get. A breeding pair of cichlids is a mean pair of fish. Then it gets worse when they have eggs and worse again when the eggs hatch. They are very good, protective parents and will actually chew food and spit it out over the babies when they are ready to start eating.

You will have to supplement that feeding behavior with some very small food. Crush up some flake food very small and put it in a cup with some tank water. Use a turkey baster to gently squirt some of the food over the babies.

Blood parrots cannot breed, they are a hybrid fish. Just like mules they are sterile, that is why they cost so much.
