I would like to get her something to work with, perhaps paint or glaze but, I haven't a clue what to look for. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

I would suggest finding out where she purchases her supplies and then going there to get her something. Or kind of feel her out as far as what she needs when it comes to her supplies, you know, find out if she's running low on something or if there is something she really wants to get as far as her craft goes, etc.

I think your idea to get her something that has to do with her craft is a great idea!

Good luck!

If you'd rather not give the gift certificate, I can say from personal experience that I went through a lot of brushes while doing ceramics. Sable brushes for glaze can easily run $20 or more. Fine detail brushes and sets are usually most welcome. A Michael's clerk would be happy to help you in choosing, I'm sure.
