does anyone know how to remove the spinning brushes from the Hoover rug shampooer inorder to clean them?

Normally you grasp them with both hands and pull straight out.

I don't know your exact model so go to Hoover.com and navigate your way thru their product line to find your machine or something close. When you find it, on the right is a box to click for manuals..........user guide I belive. They will probably say in there.
