The Content Advisor on my pc suddenly activated even if I did not activate it and it's asking me a password can anyone tell me what to do? (if you don't know just don't answer. I know you just wanna earn points...)

Get with your parents or the admin on the computer and ask them to add the site you are trying to view to the permitted list. Seriously, thats the only way. That stuff doesn't just turn itself on, it gets activated by some one. If you feel like it is a software error that is causing the problem, then reload the computer. Make sure you backup all of your user data files before proceeding to reload.

I would guess that your parents probably put it on there for a reason. If you take it off they might just take the computer away from you because your parents will know when they go in and check it and it's been altered or it is gone.
