We have tried both of the banks that we have checking and savinging accounts with and no luck..any financial institutes that might be able to help

Some dentists will take payments. They are far and few in between. Call your local wefare office and ask them for a list of dentists who take payments.

Your dental office usually has connections with a finance company, because this happens more often than you realize - they can arrange the loan for you.

yes a dental office will finance it for you, you my want to try wells fargo finance. if you own a home a home equity line of credit would be an option
