Well it depends. Do you already have a Verizon account? If so, are you eligible for an upgrade? I was eligible for an upgrade in July of this year and I got my silver Razr V3 at Costco. Mine basically cost me nothing because I had a $65 rebate coupon from Costco, plus there was a mail-in rebate, and Costco took $50 instantly + an additional $50 was taken off my phone bill.

If you do not have a Verizon account, it shows on www.verizonewireless.com that you can get the silver Razr V3 with no activation fee as long as you do it online, and after the $50 discount (it is an instant online rebate) it shows your final price as $49.99 with a new 2 year activation contract. Now I just looked through my Verizon account and it shows the full retail price online as $219.99 and currently there is a $50 discount so that would bring your final price down to $169.99 which does not include tax or shipping.

When I went to the Circuit City online site and clicked on the Verizon phones it took me to the Verizon website. So it looks like if you're shopping online you'll be getting your phone from Verizon. If you have a Costco membership, check out their prices as well. But it should be about the same as Verizon online or in their stores. Online, if there is a rebate/discount, you get it instantly, you don't have to mail in anything for rebate. If you go into the store or through Costco you have to mail it in. But I can tell you that I got my mail-in rebate in about 2 weeks which was amazing.

Good luck!
