Yes I do but it is all about the money. Santa Claus came on Veteran's day at the local mall. None of the powers that be agree with us however.

I don't mind if they hold off until Christmas DAY. There's this otherwise great classic rock station that for some reason always switches to an all-Christmas format from right after Thanksgiving to Christmas Eve....and it's depressing! I like a few holiday tunes now and then, but 24-7 for a whole MONTH? When I could just otherwise relax with Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, or Janis Joplin? I just switch stations and hope to remember to tune in again when it's safe....

i love Christmas music! the following in Northern CA, they have not all started vacation music on the radio, yet I have stated it in shops on the mall. The music on the radio many times starts the Friday in the previous Thanksgiving the following. And at the same time as I do trust Neo that holiday songs are overplayed, it really would not count number! The Christmas spirit is positive and the music basically resources to it, or perhaps if I listen the music 5 or 50 circumstances, I nevertheless like it and bypass over it at the same time as that's lengthy gone ):

I think so. I mean I love hearing the Chrismas tunes and all getting into the spirit and all but I definately want to enjoy Thanksgiving first. I'd say 12:01am the day after Thanksgiving.

At least until Thanksgiving. Only play a few songs throughout the day, then on Christmas Day they can play all they want.

I do. I wish that people would hold off with Christmas specials, decorations, and ads too. In my area, the retailers started decking the halls by Halloween.

Yes! I agree completely! It's so annoying to turn the radio on, A WEEK BEFORE THANKSGIVING, and hear 'Jingle Bells' playing!
