becuse a ironing board was shaking and i felt someone touch me on my arm and i got a voice mail but no miss calls and i felt a breath on the back my neck stuff been happing

Do not show FEAR. Ghosts are attracted to fear of any kind. Your home may be haunted. A soul will stay in a location for several reasons:
they do not think they are dead
they are staying on the earth plane to be near family
they died violently and therefore do not know where they are (lost)
they did not follow the light when they died for whatever reason
Tell the ghost to leave. Tell him or her you live here and you will not share your space. Tell the spirit to go to the light and there loved ones will be there waiting for them.
Ghosts like to be where people are. They like to smell food and see what you are doing as it makes them still feel alive. As long as your spirit is friendly he means you no harm. Only evil spirits can cause problems and generally they dont stay around those filled with the light (if you love God and are a good soul).
Dont show fear at all. Tell him you know he is there and you want him to leave, he is no welcome in your space.

Seems some one is trying to scare you. Any way try to do little research about the house you are living in. Who were the previous owners/tenents. Whether any one died in the house unnatural death/murdered. If you are so scared dont live there alone.Voice mail message was left to scare you. Try to think who will benefit by your leaving the place.

It doesn't sound like it is a danger to you. It sounds very gentle. Could it be someone that you loved that has passed? Before you start banishing it ask it if it has something to tell you. If you just want it gone you only need to ask it leave if it is a gentle spirit.

My question to you is, does these incidents just happen in one room of your home or anywhere in your home. Have you also have similar form of this contact When you leave your home. Ghosts have more right to be where they are.They are usually the past inhabitants of the house where they haunt.So have compasssion for them.Radiate love and compassion for them.This will made them happy and they might even protect you.

It is great that your being up front and talking about your problem. If your playing and asking the question for kicks, then you do need help for sure. This sort of problem could be medical. Please go to your family doctor and seek his advice. The human body has all sorts of ways to try to tell you something is wrong. My prayers are with you. Seek your doctor's advice. Soon! If you have a minister you can talk to, then do so. I would recommend that you seek help from both your minister and doctor.

I have had similar experiences. The trick to make the spirit leave is to not be afraid of it. It's hard but just ignore it and it will go away. It can't really harm you anyways.

i agree with the answer by nevada pokerqueen.
encourage whoever it is to go on.if that does not work,then you need to change your blood radiation.that is one thing a lot of people don't know.whoever that is might be attracted to your by your blood radiation.
