Your cells, skin cells, blood cells, the flesh of your organs, only last a little while, and then new ones form and begin replacing them and eventually you have none of the original cells left, so you aren't even constructed of the same pieces of matter anymore. It's kind of weird to think about, because you're a totally new person. How long does that process take?

Some cells don't regenerate ever (nerve cells). Some cells are constantly regenerating (red blood cells). Red blood cells only have a lifespan of a week.

depends on what type of cells they are and organs involved ...nerve cells do noe re generate
