In order to see these pictures, they would have to stop making more kids. I do not see this happening. It is NOT ANYONE in America's fault that they are in that condition. Maybe we should go over there and give all the women Depo shots.

They have much more worse things to worry about other than just the lack of food, such as their freedom and security. If they saw those big people! they will not be angry or upset, they would hope that they too can live a better life than the one they live now.
Have some dignity and don't use the misfortune of the African people to make fun of the American people. That is unbecoming. I have seen the African people, and when you go and give them aid, they appreciate it all, and don't look at others as if they are taking it from them.
Give and you will get back in return seven fold.

I think they would be disgusted.
And what would a 500+ pound American think if they saw a picture of a starving African? My first guess is that they wouldn't care at all.
It's horrible the way people in the world, in America to be specific, act in general.

Although I do not like this question, as it is stated and presented, I will answer the question any ways because I think that this is something that all Americans should contemplate. According to decades of surveys the American population weighs three times as much as any other nation's populations; when compared to the rest of the world Americans die at a much younger age as a result of healthy reasons, which are the results of obesity and over-eating. I do believe that those "starving Africans" are much happier and better off than we Americans.

They would think it's time to stop having so many kids and spreading AIDS. Move out of the desert, get an education, stop blaming others for their problems and take self responsibility.

To most Africans girth is a sign of wealth, not excess as most other cultures see it. However, they would be appalled at the amount of food we waste.....

I think cannibalism would come to mind. People around them are not worth to eat but they are.
