It all depends on what made me feel all sad and down. Before i got married and when i was going through a time when a boyfriend broke up with me or I found out he was cheating on me, I would always listen to Donell Jones and just cry forever. Anything R&B or even Rap can make me feel better too if im really mad at someone. I hope that can help you.

I like to listen to Daniel Bedingfield. Any. But "I Gotta Get Through This" or "Honest Questions." Depends on whether sadness will help or happiness.
