Im not her..but I can say that your sun sign is your general self...how you think, act, feel and dream. Your rising sign is the "front" you put out to the world...so by you saying it is Libra this means people see you as friendly, outgoing, nice, easy to get along with and generally a good person...but probably pretty indecisive in group activities.
