"Hey
Hope everything is fine from your end. I have had the pleasure of reading through many of your forwards for the last few months. However lately my activities have leaned me away from reading nice & pleasant mails that you forward. It would help me a lot if you can remove the current mail id of mine from your forwarding list & send it to my other mail id , which would help me read those wonderful mails when i really need some deviation/relaxation.
thanks in advance "
You can create a new mail id & send it in you mail to the person. you would know that people hardly ask if you read their forward by name cos they hardly remember that.

Send out a mass e-mail to all the people on your e-mail address book saying, Ok guys... All these forwarded e-mails are making my inbox full, please stop sending them :)" By sending it to everyone, that one person won't get their feelings hurt. You don't have to mention the waste of time comment.

You can try sending one e-mail to everyone at once telling them to not send forwards to that e-mail address anymore. By sending it to everyone at once, you won't be singling someone out, and you might also prevent getting any others sending you some in the future.

tell you friend or friends.
you are happy they think of you but so many jokes sent to you do not meet your "taste" and you delete all of them as you are short on time. Ask them to please only forward ones they are sure you are into. Like sports jokes or car jokes or what ever else you are into. As you would hate to miss a good one through all the others

Go to either Hotmail or Yahoo or some other free email site and set up and email and tell your friend that you changed your email address and to send any email to that address.

Just tell them politely that you are glad they share with you but that your mailbox is getting overwhelmed and forwards are breeding grounds for viruses.

I would ask them to stop sending them and if they didn't I would send them back many times.

I would just tell the person sending it thank you for thinking of me but my inbox is becoming overfilled and please only send me things that are truly valid.
