if you can prove that your employer knowingly created a hostile working enviroment you damn sure can sue.....but it is very hard to prove unless you can get other employees to come forward with similar complaints and facts............like pictures, witnesses etc...
you could have them investigated by the authorities and if that proves their crimes you might have a case that way too

Why sue your employer? Did he stand there at your shoulder and tell you to buy illegal drugs or become an addict?

You made the choice and you will have to live with what you did.
If it makes you feel better - call the police and report your former place of employment as a den of drug sellers. Then get yourself into treatment and get on with your life.

Hopefully you will be more mature and learn some self control from your experience.

CONTACT THE POLICE. NO business should have drug dealers or users working for them. Sorry, but you deserved to get fired. Employers don't want addicts working for them for very good reasons. If you went to a lawyer, he'd laugh. Your best bet is to tell a detective and have them do an undercover sting. Or you could tell your boss to hire you back or you'll tell the police that there are drug dealers doing their business there. You'd have to assure him you are getting help if it got that bad or just lie and say you're going to NA. Best bet, don't do drugs. This might just be a "LIVE AND LEARN" situation.

I don't know about the suing part, but if another potential employer calls for a reference, the only thing they can say is how long you worked there and wither or not you are eligible for rehire if any more than that then you can!

Son - unlike most here, I can tell you exactly how a judge will respond to a lawsuit you propose. I've actually practice law. You broke the law, and now you want to sue others who broke the law with you. Before he puts his boot in your @ss, the judge will dimsiss your case with prejuduce. Move on, save yourself and others mountains of time.

most likely not - am sure they state there were other reasons rather than legally admitting there was sales and usage of drugs on property ......
report to local authorities and let those who handle such things do their job.....
move on and learn from the experience!
