it seems to me that india is a more feminine nation than america and I was hoping to get some feedback on this
here's my logic:
music defines a nation, so if your music is high pitched ultra-feminine male vocals, sitars, and tublas then you're bound to be more feminine than thelan compared to bollywood musicals
does this make any sense or am I just an idiot of sorts

tequilia: don't be sorry about it, that's why I asked
I realise that it's all perception, and I think india is perceived in this manner typically
I understand that there are exceptions like the several men from india that you know
it just seems like most people are defined by their musical preferences

It is just different culture. I have heard it said that American men are pussycats next to Australian men. Those men are tough.

I find Indian men either very slow and lazy due to their Vegetarian diet and lack of work and religious lifestyle or very hard and rough due to their dominance over women who are "sub servants to them." This has been my experience in Canada and the USA of Indian men.
American men are more equal to the women they associate with. There is not the need to have the women"obey" them. They listen more to the women and they don't need the women to "Do as I say" as much as the Indian men.

Religion that makes MEN the superior being and WOmen the "goddess" tend to produce inequality and masculine men become HARD, COLD AND ROUGH TO SHOW THEY ARE THE AUTHORITY ".
Indian men could go for a little more .....come down from you high horse" stuff and be more open and more flexible.

Sorry, but I know several men from India and they are quite virile and proud. They are a bit different how they express their virility and being a caste society there are some differences there. However, they are quite male, not at all effeminate. And India is legendary in its regards for women and equality.

Peace.

haha. just an idiot i think. that way ppl with more roughness are more masculine and an average indian's hands are more rough with labour than an avg american.

And according to your logic, saudi arab and those middle east countries are all the more feminine as their songs are really high-pitched

It is all relative. But you're right, the general perception of Indian men is they are too feminine, diffident, shy and emotional.

It may make sense to you. I don't agree with it. What is the definition of masculinity?

Maybe you're being a bit simplistic. That is my criticism of your logic.
