My favorite version of the little drummer boy is the one with Bing Crosby and David Bowie. Yes, you read that correctly. It's a duet with Bing singing little drummer boy, and David taking off and going with a completely different song. (peace on earth, can it be....)
I agree with you on the other two. Springsteen for Santa Claus is coming to town and Nat King Cole for Christmas song (that's chestnuts roasting on an open fire, isn't it?)

Definitely Nay King Cole singing "The Christmas song" (honestly, if I were locked in a room and could only listen to one song for the rest of my life, that would be it!)
The Chipmunks singing "Santa Claus Is coming to town"
And Bing Crosby and David Bowie sing "Little Drummer Boy"
