I am assuming you need free webhosting...
There are tons of free webhosts, those that have forced ads and those who don't. Some don't allow you to use your own domain and some do... They all give you different options, its all about figuring out what you need and then choosing the best host for you.

If you mean like a whole server to yourself just not that you own.
Then definitly not for free, but if you want to pay for something like that go to godaddy.com.
You could also use AOL's XDrive free 5 gb.
Also there are a few free hosts that can host unlimited(just about) files.(free-webhosts.com)

I use the free hosting plan at 50webs.com. I chose to buy my domain registration from them but you can transfer an existing domain name to them and use the free plan.
