oldnavy.com is very afordable. And ebay.com has some good things. Or shop the clearance section at ae.com.

some cheap places that have cute things are:... aeropostale, H&M, marshalls, tj maxx, old navy, kohls, and target... hope i helped!

old navy, target, (target actually has ok clothes now), aeropostale isnt that bad, umm hope this helps
