Painted peel or painted banana? If it's a painted peel,then yeah, if it's the banana istself, no.

Actually, no, it isnt safe. This is because the peel of a banana is very pourous and most paints are very toxic. It could get you sick. I wouldnt do it.

if just the banana peel is painted i think it would still be edible cus your really eating what's inside the banana peel not the peel itself.
