I wear eyeliner a lot and after i put it on and ive been wearing it for a couple of hours i start to get eyeliner caked in the creases underneath my eye. What can i do to prevent this from happening?

Start with a base of concealer on the eyelid, followed by your usual eyeshadow. If you do not use eyeshadow, use a loose or pressed powder on lids. Then, use a high quality eyeliner (such as MAC).

It also sounds like you are lining the eye too close to the inner lash line. Try lifting your eye open a bit while looking up and gently wiping under the lash line with a q tip.

To prevent eyeliner from moving, you need to apply some foundation on your eyes to prep it for the eyeliner. it will stay on and last longer. I would also suggest you get a different eye liner brand. My picks are MAC Fluidline, or CoverGirl Perfect Point Plus.

More than likely the reason u have creases on your elyelids is because of excessive oily skin.
To help with the oily eyelids, apply baby powder to create a matty surface for ready to apply application of the eyeliner. (courtesy of girlfriend)

lightly pat the eyeliner with a square of toilet paper. or you can put skin tone eyeshadow or w/e on the bottom.

thats probably due to either moisturizer you put underneath or eye lid cream .. try not to put as much on down below and perhaps lightly pad it down sounds like youmay have to much happening there

If you don't have too oily skin, you may need better quality one.
I like MAC Fluid line, but the brush is too expensive :(
