You need to take your friend aside and ask her why she did this.
Is she jealous or is she out for a promotion of something like that, she had no right to do this as it really does effect your future at the company.

You should not quit, because you could be playing right into her hands. But what you should do is go and have a word with your boss about it and see if you can smooth things over. Explain to them that your were fustrated in your job and even though you know that instead of writing it down you should have come and spoken to him or her about it. You were just having an off day, and you you were just venting. But you didn't mean for this personal document to be seen by anyone else, as someone invaded your privacy.

Hopefully by doing this your boss will understand an things will get back to normal.

As for that person that you thought was a friend, don't cuss her out or anything like that, just ask her why she did it, and then leave it at that. Don't speak to her again only if its business related, just be pleasant. Because by doing this she will wonder what you are up to, and she will be a little worried. But in the future just watch your back, and don't vent your angry about colleagues in the work place

I am assuming you mean she printed off what you said in an email... that crosses the line in my book of friendship... she ratted you out... think sbout it... What she printed out must not have been so bad, your boss didn't fire you. As far as quiting if she works there I might consider it only if your job is one you can easily replace. She probably wanted you to get in trouble and/or fired because she might be jealous of you for some reason. I would for sure let her know that you are pissed. And turn about is fair play... keep quite and get some dirt on her and turn her in to someone and let her see how it feels. Theres a bunch of ways you could get her back for this one. In the future be careful what you say, even to your best buds. Good luck!!

WELL WHAT ANY NORMAL HUMAN BEING WOULD WANT TO DO IS JUST CUSS HER OUT AND QUIT YOUR JOB... but if you think that it worth it to stick it out at work that do exactly that. The only person that would be suffering is you without a check, and as for your "friend" ask her what the hell she was thinking, and if she has been your friend since the fourth grade you should know if she is lying or not.

Just keep the job, but start looking at a new one in the mean time. I wouldn't quit unitll I had a job lined up. As for your friend, I would dump her immediately. Good luck. Hang in there, it will all work out for the best in the end. This will motivate you to find a new job, which will be less frustrating and more to your liking.

obviously, with a "FRIEND" like her, u don't need any enemies. stay and stick it out, but look for a job more 2 ur liking. don't cuss her out, it just brings u down 2 her level, and u don't really want 2 stoop THAT low, now do u? find some new friends, more trustworthy than this one. but always remember that there's no such thing as a true friend, cause no matter how well u THINK u know someone, u really don't know them at all.

A freind has many meanings, but someone who does that is not your friend. Dont concern yourself, nor get worried about what people think and say, at the end of the day you are who you are and you'll say things and do things others might not like, you can help it sometimes but anger is a feeling which unleashs that of your darker side and things happen. Just accept whats happened, apologise and keep pushing on be strong and never give up. Show them you your strong just never give up.

I would certainly not call you 'friend ' a friend ,a true friend would not go behind your back like that, I'd kick her into touch if I were you, as regards your job ,well if you really don't like it, then I would look for another one, if your not happy in your work , it does have an affect on your health, a doctor told me that, many years ago.Hope this is of some help to you. Good Luck !!

If you really like your job, then you should TRY to stick it out. But if it gets too difficult then you should get a new job. If you don't like your jab anyway, then just find a new job, and never speak to ur friend again!!! don't cuss at her, she's not worth your time.
