There is an all beef paddy on a sesame seed bun with bacon, lettuce, cheese, pickles, dressing, and other delights guaranteed to give any martian a heart attack.
But, not to worry about your cow. No respectable martian would ever eat a...McMartian.

You are right.
Aliens are people we don't know right on this planet, but not citizens of other solar systems.
It may take many more millennia for this to become a matter for consideration. If they can come to us, we must be able to come to them. Few millennia ago, people from other sides of the oceans and of high mountains were also considered as aliens.
