What is the problem with the building?

If you want to burn a building down that you own that is a wreck. Contact your local fire department. They will normally burn it down for you and they can use it as a training excercise.

No.. I do not think that I would.. I think it might be fun to remodel it and make a modern house out of it.. Paint the outside of it a bright red and pink doors and then redo the inside so that it can be used either as a bar or as a house.. In the winter time, make use of it as a bar and in the summer, as a house/tea room

You would burn a tin-roof house down but it would make people living around there sufficate because of the heavy smoke.

Yes and get the insurance money. We could use the cash and then rebuild it just like we want it.
