It comes on Thursdays and will repeat Saturday night. It comes on at 9 central time. It was just 1 hour but the special this week lasted 2 hours so I'm not sure if they are adding the extra hour to it. And it comes on Spike TV.

In North America, TNA impact! airs at 9:00pm ET/8:00pm CT Thursday nights on Spike TV. It's also replayed Saturday nights at 11:00pm ET/10:00pm CT. The show is usually one hour long but they've had a few two-hour specials, such as this week.
If you live outside of North America, you'd have to check your TV listings for day, time, and channel.
