I would have to say NC. Only because I just moved here and it's a hell of alot cheaper than NY!

Where else but in the middle of Kansas, some might say that moving to a place like Kansas is crazy but where are the facts to support those statements I know plenty of people that would never live anywhere else and I feel the same way that they do it's wonderful here if I do say so myself and the rent and prices on houses to buy are actually so low that it is sometimes cheaper to own than rent!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just simply choose a small town and go for it...

western /central KY..From Somerset to Bowling Green.. rolling meadows..beautiful.. just make sure you have a storm cellar or basement for the tornadoes in the springtime/summer.. Everyplace has problems

midcoast maine is realy nice there are 4 seasons and the ocean and mountins and rents are cheep

i live in colorado thing here are pretty cheap, food, house everything i would say and the views are beautiful!!!
