I just bought something on ebay but its been a while and I still haven't gotten my it, its been about six days. The thing is, is that his account got suspended what do you think will happen? Will I get my item or not and if I don't get the item what do I do because I already payed him?

Go into My eBay. Scroll down to the window that has Related Links. The sixth item down is Report an Item Not Received.
Click on that and you ought to be able to make a complaint.

Go to eBay.com and go to the help source in the 5 tabs above. Scroll down to where you see "paying for an item" and click on receiving your item. It should talk about its fraud protection program towards the bottom.

never use ebay thats wrong. Use amazon. Its much more aficent.
