I need to know what the calculations are for child support in Alabama..Please help or tell me how I can find out by Sunday night..ALL offices are closed on the weekends and HE wants mediation. Thank you in advance!!

Go to goggle and ask for child support guidelines Alabama. It should find what you are needing. By the way mediation is not a jumping off point for negotiations for how much he should have to pay your child. Try to use it as a tool to find calm-in ground with your child's father- believe me when you no longer have it available you'll wish you did. Good luck!!! :)

In this day in age, no matter what state you're in, if the other person refuses to pay child support, the court will hunt them down and make them pay. You're chances are good. Bring it up in mediation.
